How To Make Cheese Beef Patty Curry Rice

  1. Preparing

    Finely chop the onion. Slice the pickled cucumber. Slice the large tomato.

  2. Stir-fry Minced Onion

    Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the minced onion until it turns golden.

  3. Prepare Beef Patty

    Put the ground beef in a large bowl. Add eggs, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper and the stir-fried minced onion. Stir well. Coat with breadcrumbs. Knead into a ball and gently press on the top. (Each beef patty is about 140 grams.)

  4. Fry Beef Patty and Prepare Curry Sauce

    Add oil to the pan and put in the beef patty. Fry until both sides turn golden and then take it out. Add water to the pan. After it boils, turn off the heat. Put in the curry and stir until it dissolves. Then put the beef patty back in. Simmer over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

  5. Prepare Cheese

    Put the light cream into the cheese sauce. Heat it over water with pure water and stir evenly.

  6. Arrange Dish and Enjoy

    Spread rice on the bottom of the plate. Place tomato slices and beef patties on it in sequence from bottom to top. Pour curry sauce first and then cheese sauce in sequence. Sprinkle with shredded seaweed.
